Become an Accredited Partner or Aspire Associate
We have designed the NAHT Aspire programme to encourage school to school collaboration, and its long-term sustainability depends on growing a strong network of school-based partners who would like to play their part.
There are a number of ways of getting involved, depending on your school’s ambitions, your capacity and the expertise and experience of your staff.
As an Associate Achievement Adviser. This is a opportunity for an experienced senior leader of a successful school to work alongside one of EdisonLearning’s substantive Achievement Advisers to support the implementation of aspects of the Partner Schools Programme across a network of schools.
As an Accredited Training Partner. Schools that invest in the NAHT Aspire Components such as the Quality Framework for Learning and Teaching frequently request training and support to help them through the process of implementing. As an Accredited Training Partner you will be trained to a high level of competence in the use of specific Components and provided with a range of training and support resources, but this is not about running formulaic training courses. We encourage our training partners to take the resources and tools we provide and use them to create new and inspirational programmes and projects for the schools they work with. Training partners could be individuals or small private organisations, but they could also be Teaching School alliances or other schools groups keen to develop CPD and School to School support options.
As an Accredited Implementation Partner. As an Accredited Implementation Partner your organisation will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Aspire Partner Schools Programme in an area or for a group of schools, and you will also be involved in designing and delivering programmes that utilise the Aspire Components to support the wider family of schools in your region. It is most likely that your organisation is leading a Teaching School Alliance or that you are already in supporting school improvement through other programmes and models.
