Aspire Components are School Improvement Tools derived from the Partner Schools Programme, designed to address key and current school improvement issues. They are ideally suited for schools seeking to focus on specific school improvement issues, rather than implement school-wide transformation as in the Partner Schools Programme.

The NAHT Aspire Quality Framework for Learning and Teaching is a research-based descriptive and evaluative tool that covers all that teachers do in and out of classrooms to enable great learning. It is a highly adaptable resource that can be used many different ways, but always with the core goal of making teaching and learning as consistently excellent as it can be at all times.
It is also widely used by schools as a key component in a transparent and evidence-based appraisal process.
